Garden Installation, Invasive Plant Removal + Garden Maintenance Services

Garden Consultations

• $105/hour within 40 miles of Dayton International Airport

Our garden consultations offer a personalized discussion of your yard, landscaping, and garden areas. We walk through your outdoor spaces with you to address specific issues such as invasive species or designing a pollinator garden. Our consultants provide plant identification, recommend native plants, and gather data for design purposes.

Our consultation notes are detailed guides tailored to your needs, including plant recommendations and resources for native plants and wildlife gardening. A consultation is a starting point for design work with Deeply Rooted Landscapes, where we assess your goals and garden in person.

A consultation is not solely for design; it's also an opportunity to learn about your plants, attract wildlife, and manage invasive species effectively. Each consultation is customized to your unique situation and preferences.

Our property consultations take approximately one hour, depending on the size of your project. We charge for a minimum of one hour.

Design Work

• $200 Design Set-Up Fee

  • This is the base fee for all Deeply Rooted Landscapes designs. The cost includes measuring for garden bed(s), considering existing structures, trees and shrubs, and other design elements, and putting said measurements into a 2D digital design format.

• Garden Space of 1-500 sq/ft - $0.63 per sq/ft

• Garden Space of 501-1200 sq/ft - $0.55 per sq/ft

• Garden Space of 1201-2000 sq/ft -$0.47 per sq/ft

• For larger projects - please contact us for a quote, the design set-up fee is waived.

After we have come to see your space, we are happy to create a native garden design to bring more habitat to your yard! We will work with you to make sure we know all your specific requirements for the design and then create a beautiful, sustainable garden design that you will enjoy for years to come.

We will provide a to-scale design with all plant species and quantities listed. If we cannot source your plants for you, we will also provide a list of local native plant purveyors to make your garden a beautiful reality!

Design turnaround time will be discussed on-site but generally takes 6-10 weeks.

Revisions

• $55/hour, 1 hour minimum

Changes requested to final design work will be charged an hourly rate of $55/hour for a minimum of 1 hour.
